How to survive the day after a sleepless night.

Jak przetrwać dzień po bezsennej nocy?  Najważniejsze to: zjeść śniadanie, unikać cukru, nie zakładać ciemnych okularów.
Don't hit snooze
- Eat breakfast within an hour of getting up
- Avoid sugar. Choose proteins and grains
- Get outside, and don't wear sunglasses
- Drink just one cup of coffee in the morning
- Have another cup when you get to work
- Tackle your toughest jobs early 
- Avoid coffee altogether after 3pm
- In the afternoon, do simple tasks, like replying to emails
